PF McCarthy, Inc. is a WBE, Commercial General Contractor serving the Pikes Peak Region for over 29 years with approximately 20% of our work being competitive bid and 80% negotiated. During the recent years, PF McCarthy, Inc. has made an effort to pursue a more diverse work program, both in the markets and clients in which we focus our efforts, while continuing to service our current customers. We self perform the majority of our work, allowing us to drive schedule from project commencement to project completion.
PF McCarthy, Inc.'s home office is located at 3407 North El Paso Street, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We hold an “A” or unlimited license in numerous municipalities including but not limited to Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Teller County, Douglass County, and Aurora, Colorado. Our client list includes a wide variety of organizations including banks, hospitals, surgery centers, doctor offices, retail shops, religious organizations, manufacturing facilities, call and operations centers, municipal districts, storage facilities, aviation, heavy civil contractors, and high tech facilities. These projects include new construction, additions, remodels, interior finish, site, civil and small infrastructure projects, specialty access and security management systems, as well as facilities maintenance and 24 hour emergency service.
